Deposits, milestones, cancellation, accepted deliverables and refunds are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, statement of work or agreement. Work already completed and committed third-party costs are generally not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Each cohort or workshop should publish its own refund/cancellation window before payment. If no special training terms are published, do not promise a refund until the request is reviewed against attendance, reserved seat capacity, course access already provided and applicable law.
RankDev may reschedule a class or event where operationally necessary. The affected participants should be informed of the available replacement arrangements.
Domains, hosting, licenses, payment fees, advertising spend or other external costs are subject to third-party provider rules.
