Course materials, site content, templates, frameworks and pre-existing code remain protected by applicable rights. Ownership or licenses for commissioned deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement.
Training participants must not harass others, misuse systems, unlawfully reproduce course material or use RankDev resources for prohibited activities.
Any contractual limitations and dispute process should be stated in the relevant signed agreement. Pakistan-based engagements are subject to applicable Pakistani law.
